Large parts of southern and eastern Belgium were affected by a major flood. The assistance of the Belgian Blue Shield was sought to inventory the damage caused to the heritage and, as far as possible, to secure heritage objects. This is only the beginning of a rescue operation that can take a long time and will require the deployment of both human forces and material resources. A first team of volunteers measured the damage in the museums of Verviers. Any help is welcome to strengthen the team or support our actions financially.
